By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.General Information
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
-Please be respectful of my time, schedule, and availability during your commission process.
-Any attempt to ignore, exploit, or violate these Terms of Service may result in a blacklist from future commissions.
-Please take notice of all example artwork to analyze my artistic abilities before making any decision to commission!
-Buyer should note when making a commission whether or not they allow for their piece to be showcased afterwards for display.
-Buyers may cancel a commission at any time.
-Refunds are only available if cancellation occurs BEFORE rendering begins.
-Once rendering has started, refunds will no longer be accepted except under strict circumstances determined by the artist.
-Refunds will NOT be given simply because the finished piece is “not to your liking.”
-I DO NOT accept reference photos of REAL people, only descriptions.

The buyer MAY:
-Use the artwork as a profile picture
-Use the artwork as a banner
-Share/post the artwork online for personal use
-Use the artwork as a giftThe buyer MAY NOT:
-Trace the artwork
-Input the artwork into AI programs or datasets
-Use the artwork for commercial use, advertising, campaigns, merchandise, or profit without explicit permission
-Remove, cover, crop out, or obscure the artist watermark/signatureUnless otherwise discussed, all artwork remains copyrighted to the artist.
